As a driving instructor I rely on my car for my livelihood. So when the slave cylinder on my instruction vehicle collapsed the day before a really important driving test I was desperate to have the car up and running as quickly as possible. Simon not only responded and recovered my Mini that same morning, he also diagnosed the fault and had the part ordered and fitted in time for me to make my appointment the next day. It may be a cliché to say I don?t know what I?d have done without Motormech but in this case it?s true since I seriously doubt that any other local garage could have offered the same level of service, all provided in a cheerful professional manner and without costing a fortune. Not only is he totally reliable and trustworthy but his prices are more than reasonable. Customer service is obviously very important to him. Not always the case these days !! Thank you simon. on our way down to Cornwall we broke down near Okehampton, we were recovered to this garage where he quickly got us back on the road again with a new alternator which was brilliant as we didn't miss rtts then! thank you motormech the golf is still running great now
